Threading die
This die is ideal for use in applications that require an external threading. Made of chromium steel, thus making it suitable for use in manual threading operations. A solid die has the capacity to cut more precisely than a split die, but a solid die may be split. Chromium steel has a lower red hardness than high speed steel.
