Cable cutting machine / steel / automatic
This is an automatic steel rope cutting machine manufactured by Metzner which is designed for fully automatic processing of wound steel ropes. Also, this tool marks all the rope position that will be needed in later processing. The unit fastens marking bands to the section points so that it will be cut easily in later processes. With this functionality, it prevent drilling within the cut rope ends. All the marking bands are controlled using a program that us glued in its steel rope having a cycle time of about less than 2 seconds. Plus, it uses a wax printer to mark all type of fastening and processing point that is necessary within the operation. For a precise length accuracy, it uses a special laser measurement system.
