The Fronius International digital TIG Welding Systems are capable of being integrated with the Robacta PTW 1500 Plasma Welding Torch, as well as with the PlasmaModule 10, in order to provide high quality plasma brazing or soft plasma-related operations. The soft-plasma welding method provides a 20% more efficient welding velocity performance, as well as a cost- and time-efficient outcome. This system can be utilized to its full potential whenever it operates on applications with sheet densities of up to 0.12 inches, and a power area varying between 3-300 A.

Tetrix 152 RC Plasma CW DC welding machine is set up using PC300.NET software or RC300 tablet PC. The standard 19-pole connection socket is used for signal exchange, e.g. collision protection. The machine is prepared for connection of cold wire push/push and operates with GDE2, GDE2.1 or GDE3 gas metering unit. The machine features optional RINT X12 interface, BUSINT X11 industrial bus interface, PCINT X10 documentation interface (+ QDOC 9000 V2.0 software) and WELDQAS monitoring and documentation system. The parameters are adjustable through interfaces. 256 JOBs each with 16 programs in program mode or RINT X12 welding current, secondary current, pulse time, pause time. BUSINT includes main current, secondary current, pulse time, pulse pause time, fall time, rise time and frequency via control voltage.

The 500 DC model (Art 363.80) and the AC-DC models 450A (Art.371.80) and 330A (Art.370.80) are complete with cooling unit, while for the 320A DC model (art. 373.80) and 260A AC-DC model (Art. 369.80) the cooling unit is optional.
