Wuhan Farley Laserlab presents WALC (Wide Area Laser Cutting Machine). It is suitable for cutting of thicker materials with larger plate sizes. This machine is capable of profiling mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum of any shape between 0.5mm to 25mm. The machine allows configuration with several laser resonators in the range of 1 KW to 5 KW, 00 mode slab laser, and various fast axial flow lasers up to 7Kw.

In a single set up, the WALC can cut plates of width of up to 6m and length of 50m. Its beam structure is of double gantry-type. WALC6030 features double-sided gear and rack synchronized driven, flying optics and aplanatic system. Its beam is equipped with Rofin DC030 laser source.

Wuhan Farley Laserlab uses Siemens 840D CNC system, made in Germany, which is made specifically in laser cutting applications. It is a top-class and the most sophisticated CNC system, which incorporates R&D by engineers from Siemens as well as Farley Laserlab.

The optical fiber transmitting laser welding machine is composed of welding main body and welding bench. The series welding machines are made available in various benches to meet the requirements of different customers. With first-class energy feedback technology, the optical fiber transmitting laser welding machine can control laser output power fluctuation within 3% and ensure stability of laser output power, so as to improve welding repeatability, reduce unqualified products and save the costs for enterprises.

With multiple beams process simultaneously, the welding speed is improved obviously. So customers can complete processing orders efficiently with good quality in a minimal amount of time. The welding depth-to-width ratio can go up to 10:1, while the welding spot is smooth and beautiful, flat and pore-free. Without any treatment after welding, or just with some simple processing, it can reduce labor intensity. Without any specific equipment for welding environment, it can work with some refractory materials, such as titanium, quartz, at room temperature or special conditions. When compared to traditional laser welding machines, this fiber transmitting laser machine comes with several advantages, including a small divergent angle and a good quality laser beam, along with a high single pulse power. The multi-routes laser beam output and the small volume, on the other hand, offer convenience of operation, while the product is especially useful when it comes to spot welding and small power consecutive welding. The machine is also useful for fiber-optical connectors, medical treatment equipment and various special spare parts.

In terms of the technical parameters, the wavelength is of 1,064 mm, while the laser power is no more than 50 W. At the same time, the fiber output route is between 1 to 3 routes, while the laser pulse width ranges from 0.1 to 15 ms, being continuously adjustable. Note that the minimum laser spot diameter is of 0.2 mm, while the working temperature supported ranges from 10 to 30 degrees Celsius.
