Brabender KE 19 and KE 30 standalone extruders are multipurpose directly driven machines for processing and testing polymers and materials in food and pharmaceutical industry.
Its compact design and operational features make these extruders ideal for small scale production and usage in the labs.

Both models come with the fieldbus technology (CAN open record and CAN bus) and multi master system. They are very flexible and possess self-validation and self-identification features. They also have the ability for the real time data communication. Also, they come with the powerful software for evaluation and control and it is compatible with all modern Windows versions.

A wide array of screws and die heads makes these machines ideal for development of new products, quality control in the production, final and incoming inspection operations, and for low output production of various hoses, films, tubes and other similar profiles.
