Powders and compounds that have a tendency to form lumps are continuously incorporated inLine and effectively dispersed. High concentrations can be achieved in a single pass. The solid phase is sucked in by the strong negative pressure produced at the reactor's head first stage. Immediately next to this, the premix of the 2 phases is impelled against the XC impact chamber plates and the liquid is absorbed into the powder phase at this stage. The second stage discharges the homogeneously wetted product.
