Tubular heating element - 175 °C ... 982 °C | WATROD™

The WATROD tubular heaters are available in double-ended or single-ended termination styles. Thanks to the versatility of Watlow’s tubular heating element, these heaters can be used in virtually the entire range of air heating and immersion processes.

With the single-ended version, the design features both terminals at one end; the other end is sealed. The 12" flexible lead wires are connected to the terminal pin via crimps, and have over-sleeves made of silicon-impregnated fiberglass.

As for the double-ended tubular heaters, they are highly adaptable for bending, thanks to their round cross sectional geometrical design. The double-ended MULTICOIL elements from WATLOW offer a variety of resistor coil and thermocouples combinations inside a single sheath. They are also capable of sensing the internal temperature of the heater, consistently and accurately.

Tubular heating element / armored - 650 °C ... 760 °C | MULTICOIL™

The Multicoil™, which is manufactured by WATLOW, is a tubular heater component that features several coils and thermocouples in its insulation and has been developed to specifically be used by people that require a flexible, innovative, tubular multiple coil heater such as in medical, oven heating, and semiconductor industries.

Its compact, lightweight, and minimal footprint design is constructed out of either alloy 800, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel and does not require any flange for installation. It also decreases inventory as it is capable of dual voltage.

Tubular heating element - 650 °C ... 760 °C | FIREBAR®

FIREBAR is a heating element that offers additional heating performing over the standardized heating elements that are round and tubular. Especially those used in industrial immersion heater applications that require high kilowatts in petroleum based liquids. The geometry is a unique flat surface that is able to pack more power into shortened assemblies and elements. There are also a host of other types of performance improvements such as minimization of fluid and coking degrading, enhancement of the flow of fluid past the surface of the element for carrying heat.

Electrostatic field measuring device - max. ±20 kV | AD-1684

The AD-1684 is an electrostatic fieldmeter designed for detecting the existence of static electricity, which is often the cause of inaccurate weighing.
The AD-1684 can be used for measuring the electrostatic charge of measured objects or on automated factory lines, and for confirming the effect of a static eliminator (e.g. the AD-1683).
Features
Compact and light body
Large, easy-to-read LCD
Amount of the electrostatic charge is displayed as a bar graph
Hold function
Possible to measure the ion balance of a static elimination device

Electrostatic field measuring device

When you rub two materials together, you observe a change in their electrical charge.

For a time these charges remain on the surface of the substance concerned (from a few seconds to several months depending on the material and the environmental conditions). They form what is called static electricity, generally present in small quantities. The more a substance is insulating, the greater the charge it accumulates.
