Clippard's block flow control and needle valves come with a variety of features that offer more versatility for unique applications. These high-performance valves are precisely made to be low in cost, reliable and easy to install.

Each valve, other than the BFC-2C, is completely independent of the other, except that they share a common body made of machined and anodized aluminum. By doing so, they allow for separate pressures and/or gases to be used while simplifying mounting. The compound angle needle stems are machined from 303 stainless steel. Needle adjustment is easy and exact with a locking ring to prevent tampering.

The valve sleeve is an electro-less nickel-plated brass and the seals are Buna-N rubber. Block flow controls and needle valves are ideal for controlling double-acting cylinders.

Among them are the 12-port #10-32 hex manifold (can provide up to 12 convenient #10-32 outlets from one 1/8” connection); six-port rotary manifold (can be used as a rotary joint or as a stationary manifold); miniature terminal blocks (mainly organizational, for connections of panels, piping, etc.); #10-32 block manifolds (one end can be plugged, while the other end provides air supply to the manifold); #10-32 block manifolds with #6 screws; 1" Sq. & 1.1/4" Sq. in-line manifolds (used for grouping of valves and other components in situations where there is limited space).

The six port hex manifold is designed with SAE straight thread ports. It is combined with 61031 union for ease of direct mounting to your Jergens Booster output port. The manifold offers easy mounting in center of several works.
