This is a highly elastic sheathing host, that is multi-walled and stainless steel-corrugated. It offers a slip-on flange, for vibrations in tubes. The bellows are stainless steel (W no. 1.4571), with electro-galvanized material flanges (St 37-2), and there are straight-through drillings according to DIN PN 6. The length of construction is 130mm, with 100% vacuum stability.

The operating temperature is -30 to 200 degrees, and an integrated long reap draft limiter is available upon request.

These axial expansion joints are constructed with carbon steel sleeves and stainless steel bellows. They have BW connections and a DN size of 25-200 mm. The axial expansion joints operate at a maximum working temperature of -10C to + 480C degrees at an allowable pressure of 16 bar.

Before assembling the joint at the pipeline one must check to ensure that the inside of the body is clean. If compressed air is available use it for greater cleaning. The counter flanges should be parallel and the holes should be aligned. Check the spacing between them which should not be too large or small. Also consider the gaskets along with their flattering according to EN-558-1. The joint should be placed in the correct position the gaskets inserted between the flanges providing as much centering as is available. The bolts should fit into the flange's holes and tightened.
