Manual filter press
The manual filter press, manufactured by Fraccaroli and Balzan, is capable of dissolving sludge and interruptions. The filter press is incorporated with features including flexible cake volumes, effective cake wash, programmable feed controls and automated cloth washers. These features enable the filter press to create minimal energy consumption, low compressed air usage and minimal maintenance operations. By means of a centralized control system, the complete process of a filter press is controlled automatically and can be monitored through a main factory control center.
This is well suited in a wide range of applications such as pigments and dye manufacturing, food and agriculture, chemical and petrochemical, recycling and environment, pharmaceutical and biotech, pulp and paper, mining and minerals.
