Compressed air filter - 5 - 50 µm, max. 15 bar | FIL SY series

Filters are built to retain any present liquid or solid impurities in compressed air. A centrifuge unit is is used to move the incoming air so that liquid particles, which are heavier, are then pushed against the walls of the container and forced to adhere to it.

As theparticles accumulate, they are depositted to the bottom by gravity. The remaining solid particles are held back with a porous filtering element. The condensate is kept in a quiet state to prevent any deposited impurities from be able to re-enter into circulation.

The condensate exits through the drain cock. The RMSA drain discharges once the pressure in the filter drops to zero, or the condensate can alternatively be drained by hand with the press ofa button. The RA drain discharges condensate automatically as needed, regardless of the pressure level.

Compressed air filter - 5 - 50 µm, max. 13 bar | BIT series

Technical features by reducing the dimension and avoiding load loss extends usable life of the BIT air treatment range for use in decentralization near the final actuators. Excellent quality for a fair price !

Compressed air filter / coalescing - 200 Nl/min, max. 13 bar | DEP BIT series

This is a compact and efficient Coalescing mini-depurator that is a perfect choice for comprehensive viewing of condensate level.

Compressed air filter / coalescing - 230 - 2 300 Nl/min, max. 15 bar | DEP series

The depurator is used to efficiently separate liquid and solid particles from compressed air using a small filtering element called a coalescence cartridge.
CLEMCO

Compressed air filter / breathing air / in-line / multi-stage - CPF series

Clemco's CPF in-line air filters remove moisture, oil, and dirt particles from compressed air before it reaches your respirator. Multi-stage filtration system includes activated charcoal to eliminate odors and improve the "taste" of your breathing air. Available for one to four air lines; used with HP Model respirators.

NOTE: CPF filters do not remove CO or convert CO to CO2, or remove other toxic gases.
Model CPF-20 for up to two operators: Stock No. 03578
Model CPF-80 for up to four operators: Stock No. 03527

Requirements for Operation
Compressed Grade D quality breathing air as defined by the Compressed Gas Association commodity specification:
G-7.1 (www.cganet.com).

Description of Operation
The CPF filter is placed in the breathing-air line between the breathing-air source and the respirator supply hose.

The CPF is the point of attachment for the respirator hose. Air enters the filter through one of the inlet ports. Moisture is removed by expansion in the outer chamber and is drained through a petcock at the bottom of the unit. The air passes through a replaceable filter cartridge. The outlet pressure is controlled by a regulator on the cap and is measured by a gauge downstream from the cartridge.
