The Slow Axis Collimators, manufacted by Axetris, are characterized by cylindrical mini-lenses which are practically designed for collimating the slow axis of high-powered laser diodes and laser diode bars. This product specially features the following properties/specifications: a collimation of the slow axis, a compensation of beam astigmatism, a relatively minimal scattering losses and low surface roughness, compatibility with high-power laser diodes/bars and finally, a mechanism matched to fast axis collimators.The fast axis collimators is applicable in procedures such as: solid state laser pumping, material processing, high-powered lasers and finally, medical lasers.
