The wireless air flow ScoutPlus transmitters from System5 series provides the necessary tools or preventative maintenance within refrigeration units, filtration systems etc. The HVAC miniature air flow sensor is used with ScoutPlus and is specifically designed for high volume applications. The sensors represent wireless transmitter components of the IceSpy system. The ScoutPlus transmitters are housed in an IP67 enclosure along with its own power source (battery), radio transmitter, real-time clock and data storage facilities. It comprises of a single PCB that is mounted within a custom plastic enclosure. The enclosure is completely ultrasonic welded to produce a watertight enclosure. The plastic case is over-moulded with an external antenna. The external air flow sensors uses a waterproof connector. The air flow sensor operates on local power. The complete design comes with a wall or shelf mounting fixture.
