Linear position sensor - 50 - 950 mm, IP65 | PLS series
The potentiometers in this series come with linear motion, benefiting from a 31mm square section case, as well as a 6mm diameter shaft. The measuring strokes range from 50 to 950mm, while the standard resistive value of this product is 5KOhm. Next, the conductive element is resistant to plastic and grants a long life to the transducer, while the highly independent linearity and the resolution that is virtually infinite are other major advantages. The high protection degree against environmental agents makes the potentiometers in the PLS series suitable for severe applications, even outdoor ones, at extreme temperatures. The resistive values available on request are 2, 10 or 20Kohm. Finally, the operation life comes with 20,000,000 cycles, while the moving speed is up to 1m/sec.
