The ColorMax View is manufactured by EMX Industries, and is a translucent color sensor that is especially designed for high-speed, on-line color verification of translucent packaging containers. It is utilized in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care and other industries.The unit is showing a pass or fail criteria for color characteristics of translucent packaging materials to reduce defects. It has an on-line measurement that permits real-time quality control. It also has wide spectrum white LED light source that is modulated.
The unit has software control that allows comprehensive control of sensor settings, and also has adjustable brackets which provide quick set-up and integration.
