The iFm structural monitoring system that specializes for structural vibrations with low acceleration features a vibration sensor with a high resolution. The product exhibits a low noise of 3.3g, a saturation free action in a possibility of an overload and a self test to dematerialize calibration processes. The monitoring system also features a high protection rating of IP 69K with a reliable monitoring of structural vibrations.

For its application, the monitoring requires high resolution within a small measuring area and the integrated self test performs the product's capability to have a precise reading. In addition, model VSA 101 is the suggested sensor when it comes to detection of stationary or moving structures.
