The AB 500 is capable of eliminating blocks inside the grating zone in the automated threading technique. It offers a low-profile and useful solution consisting of a saw blade that is supported in a tool and de-burred using a brush. The eliminated components are stored in a box in-built into the equipment base.Additionally, the AB 500 is ideal for finishing of CBN and diamond grinding wheels which is conducted using s diamond hand dresser.The technique offers the advantage of support fixture for hand dressing and roughing stones and also provides excellent accessibility and visibility of the grinding wheel. Moreover, the physical dressing for the CBN grating wheel does not require a brushing or honing device and features a suction tool as well.
