The High temperature data logger by Digitron is a temperature recorder designed for high temperature pasteurization. These devices are compact, sturdy and self-=powered, allowing the user to measure and record in just about any condition, including the most critical. The main purpose of this data logger is served in the food industry, horticulture, chemical production, medical fields and pharmaceuticals. Digitron supplies a wide range of portable data loggers for the electronics for the software that is used. The models come with one internal sensor and the others with both internal and external sensor. The top sensor is 60mm long, the device has a diameter of 49mm and a height of 28mm, weighs 250g with a battery life going up to 2 years.
