The PW20i provides an ideal choice for weighing and sorting processes that require a small design with high overload protection. The series provides an excellent choice for checkweighers, multi-head combination scales and sorting systems. The blend of innovative strain gauge technology and a special measuring body design empowers the weighing sensor with high intrinsic resonance frequency.

The digital filters make attenuation elements redundant. The series works in combination with electronic oscillation suppression, implemented with various fast digital filters eliminating the need of mechanical or viscous attenuation elements. This tank weighing module can be used in a variety of applications, including coal bunkers, liquid or gas tanks, industry tanks, etc. For all types of applications, it has the specific properties to meet any requirements.

The C16 module is for weighing 20t to 200t, and is designed with integrated stay rods to absorb horizontal force. Featuring a self-restoring pendulum load cell in various versions, this line can be galvanized or constructed of stainless steel. Also included is an anti-liftoff device, which is an accessory built into the design.

Additional features of the C16 weighing models include overvoltage protection, FM-approval, D1, C3, or C4 accuracy class (under OIML), ATEX 95 zones 2-22 and 1-21 and digital output.

Featuring capacities and resolutions of up to 8,200g (or 0.1mg), these Profi Line IP44 OEM-weigh cells come in an IP44 stainless steel casing. A load receptor with overload protection and force compensation technology are also included.

The units feature automatic weighing systems, and are made up of two separate components: the weighing and electronic systems. A faster warm-up time is facilitated by keeping these features separate. Function control and data transfer can be managed by the RS232 interface on this device.
