The IN-FLOW Select Series Mass Flow Meters/Controllers are bypass-type, thermal, mass flow meters of intense durability in an industrial style pc-board housing and can be field replaced by the operator without any adjustments. It is normally shut and varies up to Kv-values of 6.0. The control valves can either be separately or integrally mounter to measure 0,014 to 0,7 mln per minute at lowest range and highest ranges up to 8 to 1670 ln per minute therefore proving optimum accuracy.

IN-FLOW Series Thermal Mass Flow Meters and Controllers are developed by Bronkhorst High-Tech using the flexible "multibus" concept. The t-mass 65F is a thermal mass flow measuring system. It is capable of direct measurement of the mass flow of gases. It is also able to provide temperature as an output. The Proline transmitter concept is composed of a modular device and operating system with high efficiency. It has an easy installation process and operating menus for easy commissioning and it is equipped with integrated software that enables a maximum selection of 20 gases and the formulation of mixed gases with 8 components maximum. The t-mass sensor has very minimal pressure loss or drop and has a wide turndown of 100:1. Each unit can be individually calibrated and purchased with a traceable certificate.

There are numerous benefits associated with this thermal mass flow measuring system. In addition to the direct gas mass flow measurement possibility, temperature will be provided as an output, while the operating concept is a modular one and will result in high efficiency.

Next, the software allows the user to select up to 20 pure and mixed gases, with a maximum of eight components. Note that the device can also be programmed for rectangular ducting installations and circular pipes, and users have the option to calibrate it with flow conditioner. Optionally, they can add a cold tap device for easy removal of non-toxic gases and low pressure applications.
