It has an on-board sensors for temperature and relative humidity of up to 5 additional plug-and-play ‘smart’ sensors like carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), oxygen (O2), formaldehyde (HCHO), total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), ammonia (NH3), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and combustible gases. The pre-packaged GMP 1000M CEMS Cabinet makes use of field-proven analyzer technology to come up with the most strongly built and highly dependable sample extraction and conditioning systems in the world. These are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards. The device is fitted with an MLT multi-component analyzer, namely MLT 1, MLT 3, or MLT 4. By making use of a combination of visible spectroscopy (VIS), ultraviolet (UV) and/or electrochemical or paramagnetic oxygen sensor, the device can successfully measure up to five components at the same time, including O2, CO, CO2, SO2, and NOx. Another advantage of the device is that it can be used as the main interface for a flame ionization (FID) module for hydrocarbon measurements.
